Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the fact that most of our items are custom made, items that are being returned due to incorrect measurements or wrong items, colors, etc..., ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the fact that most of our items are made to order, reselling is often difficult, so we'd like for you to get in touch with us to determine if a return is appropriate. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
While we strive to maintain a high level of quality control and workmanship, occasionally, you may encounter a manufacturing issue with your item. Items shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of LilyAnCO. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products are made to last for a long time with appropriate use. Normal wear and tear should be expected. We cannot take back items that have been damaged due to improper use (i.e. chewed by dog, used in situations outside of intended use, etc...).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LilyAnCO. shall not be held liable for any damages including but not limited to: negligence or misuse, defect in material or workmanship, injury or death regardless of the cause. The consumer is responsible for determining suitability of the products purchased. The consumer and/or user accepts all responsibility by purchasing or using these products. All gear and products should be checked regularly, regardless of who it's made by or where it's purchased.
